These Terms govern your use of PorchLight, a product of 605media LLC. By using PorchLight or opting in to PorchLight text messages, you agree to these Terms.
PorchLight SMS Program Terms

| Cost | Message & data rates may apply. PorchLight does not charge for the messages; standard rates from your wireless carrier apply. |
| Opt out | Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. |

Eligibility & consent
- You must be 18 or older and the owner or primary user of the mobile number you enroll.
- You may only enroll a mobile number that belongs to you. Do not enroll anyone else's number.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of HOA membership or of any purchase or service.
- Your consent is personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned.
Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device.
Changes to the program
We may update these Terms or the SMS program from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Use of PorchLight
PorchLight is provided to homeowners associations and their authorized representatives to conduct curbside property inspections and related recordkeeping and notifications. You agree to use PorchLight only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your community's governing documents and applicable law.
Inspections
Inspections conducted through PorchLight are visual observations made from the public right-of-way. PorchLight is a software tool; responsibility for inspection decisions, notices, and enforcement rests with the homeowners association.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
PorchLight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 605media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
